Tenor José Alberto Aznar was born in Granada and since his youth he is established in Catalonia.

He studied Music at the Municipal Music School of Girona with the soprano Imma Pascual and the Municipal Conservatory of Music "Isaac Albéniz" in the same city with soprano Carmen Rodríguez Arcéiz.

He has perfected his studies, among others, with the tenors Jaume Aragall, Raúl Giménez and Francisco Lázaro, as well as the mezzosoprano Francesca Roig.

At Trinity College London he obtained the "Advanced Certificate Singing" with the highest rating given by the institution: "with Distinction."

He graduated in Philosophy from the University of Girona, where he obtained "With Honors" in his final degree work (TFG), being required to be published by the university's own publishing house.

He has been a teacher and head of studies at the Municipal School of Music of Santa Cristina d'Aro for many years and subsequently created his own Singing Classroom in the same town where he has since taught Its teaching to students of all ages.

He has performed as solo solo concerts and recitals throughout the Spanish geography in theaters, auditoriums, civic centers, associations, etc. He participated as a principal tenor at the Barcelona Líric Quartet, a training known for the "Operístika" spectacle with great media coverage. Together with the Young Orchestra of the Gironès (JOG), he performed the Concert of Presentation of the record piece "Suite Gironès" in the symphonic room Auditorium-Palau de Congressos de Girona, work for which he was also required as a composer. He has also participated in a multitude of institutionally relevant events throughout Catalonia, including the official inauguration of the Visitor Center of the Gironès county.

In 2014 he published his first solo album "Leyenda Personal" recorded in the recording studio FJR de Granada with Opera arias, Zarzuela romances, Neapolitan songs, etc.

He currently combines teaching as a singing teacher with his artistic career as a tenor performing performances everywhere with great success and in favor of the public.
